1How do I enter a competition?
Open the competition page, answer the skill question if one is shown, choose your ticket quantity or ticket numbers, and complete checkout.
2Can I enter by post?
Where the free postal route is enabled, the competition page will show the postal entry instructions and the details that must be included with your entry.
3When will I receive my ticket numbers?
Ticket numbers are confirmed after payment has completed. You can view confirmed entries in your account and order confirmation.
4How are winners selected?
Winners are selected from eligible confirmed paid and approved postal entries using the draw process configured for the competition.
5What happens if a competition does not sell out?
Some competitions may include a fallback prize split if they close without selling every ticket. When this is enabled, the competition can still run and award 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes from a percentage of confirmed paid ticket sales. Sold-out competitions continue to use the normal prize rules shown on the competition page. If a fallback split applies, winner details and prize amounts are published after the draw has been completed and reviewed.
6How does Lucky Dip entry work?
Choose how many tickets you want and the system automatically reserves available ticket numbers for you. You still answer the skill question and complete checkout in the normal way.
7How do Instant Win competitions work?
Instant Win competitions can have prize outcomes linked to confirmed ticket numbers or entries. When checkout confirms your tickets, the system checks for any instant-win award and records it in your account.
8How do Scratch Card, Spin Wheel, and Slot Machine competitions work?
These are reveal-style game features linked to confirmed entries. After your ticket is confirmed, open the result from your account to reveal the outcome for that ticket.
9Where do I see an Instant Win or game result?
Go to My Account, then Tickets or Orders. Instant Win awards and Scratch Card, Spin Wheel, or Slot Machine results appear next to the relevant confirmed ticket when available.
10Are game reveal results linked to my ticket?
Yes. Reveal screens show the result linked to your confirmed entry under the competition setup and rules. Once a result is recorded, it stays tied to that ticket or order record.
